TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTEE
Stellar Painting uses premium paints and reinforces workmanship with a 2 year limited warrantee. This warrantee covers workmanship failures as follows: peeling, blistering, flaking, lean areas resulting from faulty workmanship. Contractor cannot assure exact paint matches, due to existing paint fading and/or discoloration.
ITEMS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTEE
Existing conditions of mold, mildew, leaking roofs, flooring or age degradation, structural defects, abrasive chemical use, acts of God, explosions, accidental damages, chemical or cleaning agents, work performed by others parties, vandalism, ordinary wear and tear, cracks due to thermo-expansion, settling, moister damage, neglect or destructive occurrences affecting paint performance. Paint provided by customer is not covered under the contract. . ALL WRITTEN CONTRACTS ARE EXPRESSLY WITH THE PERSON’S NAME ON THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT AND SAID CONTRACTOR.
